Guerrilla Filmmaking Workshop: Hacking History

2015

Have a project with an urgent message you’ve been working on but don’t know how to tell the story to get others on board?

Join us for a half day or full day workshop with Bay Area filmmakers Dimitri Moore and Keith Battle. Dimitri just got back from the Cannes Film Festival with his film “Point of Pride” about stories of resistance in SF’s Bayview district. Keith is a seasoned mulit-media innovator and instructor at BAVC. Learn storytelling and filmmaking techniques to get the word out about your project, program or policy initiative. We will use historical found footage and shoot new scenes using your iPhone.

Introduction: Carol Varney, Executive DIrector, BAVC
